Of course, Reck diver is wrong about this....the submerged lands around Phil foster, where we dive, are park land. I got this from ERM and the Park Service. Maybe in Reckdiver's mind it should not be called a marine park, because that would be a direction toward protection for the environment there, and the greater volume of his posting indicates he is against protecting the marine life in the park....
What are the boundaries of "park land"? By "park" do you mean a county park? Are you saying that the submerged "land" is actually under ownership of Palm Beach County? What are the boundaries of these parcels?
For some reason, I thought those areas might fall under State ownership.
