What makes your rig yours?

Is there anything controversial in your set-up?

Do suicide clips float your boat or are you trying hard to throw those pair of split fins away?

More of a curiosity than anything else. Just wondering what other people like.

Things that mark me out would be my left post primary (yes I know, let's move on) and that I use independent Bladders rather than a double bladder when diving in a wetty.

I admit that I use Scubapro split fins. I like the buoyancy of them. I have a pair of Hollis fins but use the splits more. I haven't been doing tech stuff very long though so I will probably switch.

I have bright orange and bright yellow doubles wings, and yellow webbing on my doubles harness. Other than that, I'm pretty boring. My husband still uses his Cobra dive computer instead of an SPG, though.

I have my RB rigged just like a set of doubles with a the RB canister stuffed in between the two tanks (LP 45s). Crossover manifold + valve, one reg per tank, etc. Don't see that everyday.

Anybody whose been tech diving for any period of time has set up their rig to suit themselves and they type of dives they are doing. For us divers who end up soloing more than not, gear evolution just happens.

Excellent!

What was the RB originally? Inspiration?

No, it's a Hammerhead. Oh yeah, I have the O2 bottle and the heated-vest battery mounted on the backplate with my own quick-release hinges.

Guess I might as well show you some other mods to my "D" rings. The first two pixs show the harness rings and the other the crotch strap rings - for sidemounting BOs.

I do like this.

I'm trying to get Custom Divers to do me something similar for my rig. Deep sea Supply make a nice tail plate, but stockists are few and far between over here.

Poseidon regs. I love them. inflator hose pull dump valve...quicker, easier and more streamlined than elevating the end of the inflator.

I have my last name embroidered on my wings.
