I think you are correct, those are pike blennies... and sportxlh gave a good description for you of decorator crabAre those pike blennies? I don't think pipefish have the dorsal fin like that. Though I am known to be wrong...![]()
Pipefish
generally have a snout that will remind you of seahorse and smaller dorsal fin somewhere down their back

Pike Blenny
In most cases (not all) have a snout that will remind you of an alligator and dorsal fin that begins just beyond their head...
