A big THANK YOU to CoolTech and KBeck for setting up the dive and picnic! It was GREAT to meet so many of you in person and dive with you. Also THANKS To CoolTech for showing us where the seahorses live, so that I could find it at the end of the dive and race back to him to show it to him. Thanks also to my dive buddy Rich. It was great to meet LuckyDays and the rest of the Chicago crew, along with Tim and his girlfriend (and their cookies) and the rest of the folks whose names I forgot. What a great dive!

I have been looking for seahorses at BHB for over a year. I finally found one last night. I took 8 pictures and 2 videos. Only one was in focus. Which one? The one where it was looking away from the camera, of course! Oh well - no complaints from me.

Here's the few other decent shots from last night, including a picture of Rich. Thanks again everyone!

The "Ghostly" item in the picture looks like a mucous mebrane like those made by a Parrotfish when they sleep. Just a thought.

Good shot ! The seahorses are slick. Sometimes they'll let you take a couple of pics then they let you know when they've had enough - kinda like, talk to the hand, they just give you seahorse has sexy back shot ! Keep trying and moving when they do.

I understand what you mean, but these sacks are much smaller... From the tip of my pinkie to the first knuckle and just a bit thinner than the pinkie itself... and always attached to something

I have been away for a while, and it took me a bit to look through all the posts since the beginning of November. Great pictures everyone. I really need to get back in the water.
