Think of the money you'll save...you don't need two wardrobes or two sets of tires. Your skin will be fresh and glowing from the humidity instead of parched from indoor and car heaters. You won't have to fly to Florida every other month for your bubble blowing fix. And...those martinis..what can I say?

Well I would think you need to find a job first and then make a decision on where to move in relation to that..............Im sorry they dont call me the voice of reason for nothing:shakehead:............of course with that being said John and I are planning to move to Florida in the next 3-4 years and if you were near us that would be fun:D

I don't know kids :shakehead: my vote is for Jupiter Its away from the congestion of FLL great diving there and yet close enough to visit all the cool kids down south on the weekends not to mention very close to WPB and city place Oh and only a few hours from cave country ;) not to mention the good school district in Martin county

oo oo! I wanna play. You could always come live with me. Villa life in Kuwait. Free boats(mine), and quick ride to the Red Sea, or Phillipines, or Thailand, or Maldives....... hhhmmmmm.

So, looks like your key factors are:

-size of city you'd prefer
-nearness of diving options
-job opportunities
-proximity to SB Buddies

I'd say many of us would agree Orlando isn't.....the preferred place to reside........ahem. :)

I don't need to live in a big city, I can live close to one and pop in and out to get what I need. I am perfectly happy in a small town. Proximity to diving and dive buddies is important to me. Job funds the diving but I do not need a high stressed 12 hour day like I have now....quality of life is important so I do expect to take a pay cut. Proximity to reef, wreck and caves.

FLL and Jupiter are high on the list so far but we are in the baby stages of recon.

Sam, are you allergic to cats and dogs? I have a 3 bedroom house. Just sayin'...

Debby, I'll take one of those rooms (luv pets), now I just need a job....
Anyone? Anyone?

There is nothing to do in Jupiter except dive, go to Wal-Mart, and hang out with my ex-spouse who lives there. VERY sleepy town. If I were retired (my ex- retired young upon our divorce) I might live there but working... :shakehead:
