wwow that is a lot of info. can i use any of it if i credit you and leave a link to your sit?

Ed, that's fine. All I ask is for credit and a link. I put the site together to help grow local diving in Arizona.

Well, good news and bad news....
Good first: the site is pretty much untouched by construction and could see the edge of the wall quite clearly.
Bad: the only way to gain access to the site is if you get to go in the marina's parking lot, which would leave you with maybe a 100ft walk-+ to the water , but the marina is gated :((((( and Im not sure which would be the way to get in there if you don't have a boat or a friend that has one, maybe now that they are open, convincing the marina manager to let us dive there would be easier.... the site is really away from the boat traffic so I don't think there is much of a conflict.
Honestly, I would even pay $10 to be able to dive there, it's hands down the best shore dive on the lake. Maybe if there is some money envolved the manager would be easier to sweet talk.
Don't know just, an idea....

OK, here is the latest scope on diving scorpin Bay.
Spoke to Chris at the marina and he will let us dive there.
He says "The Dive Boats" are there every week diving.
Boat access is 100% open.

Shore diving? No shore access. BUT:
If you talk to Chris and show him your dive log and certs,
he is willing to give access to SMALL groups from the marina to dive
the marina, AND he will give access to his ramp etc to shore dive.
BUT he only wants adv divers diving from HIS access AND he wants to
SEE the certs first.

VERY friendly guy. Lets use this access and make sure not to abuse it.
Let's do it HIS WAY and we all will benifit.

I hope his "access" drops us near the old site. We might also want to chip in for a case of some cold frothy stuff for Chris.

Thanks Ed3 for stepping in. Sounds good to me. When do we want to try?
