My boyfriend and I got 11 lobsters yesterday! The pickins aren't so slim up near Peanut Island/WPB, Debby. We cooked them in our friend's coal-fired pizza oven (he built himself in his backyard.) It was yummy!!!!

Oooh, yummy but that's just too far to drive for me to have caught just two more lobsters. I didn't realize y'all have beach diving up there. Tell me more, it may be worth having a ScubaBoard beach dive/picnic this summer!

What's the recipe for oven cooking? Sounds delish!

WOOOOOOOO that means we can HOWL!!!

I was on a boat, but Blue Heron Bridge is a fantastic beach dive. Well, the recipe is slather the tails in butter and cook for 4 minutes at 900 degrees. :D. It is an oven like Anthony's coal fired pizzas have in their restaurants. He's best friends with the owners of Anthony's coal fired pizza and they showed him how to build one. The pizzas and lobsters were amazing!!!

I've never seen lobsters at BHB, I think I'd do better staying down here when beach diving for bugs.

Note to self: contact Kev to book a lobstering trip (OK, who's in?)

The recipe sounds divine!!! But I don't have access to such an oven. We marinate them in a mixture of margarine (because I am allergic to butter), garlic, and honey, then grill them. OMG YUM!!!!
