Heres a few shots from the Great White North (Discovery Pass) with a DC500 and strobe. I think it went well for my first time.:D

I'm enjoying the photos you posted on July 2nd, yes I'm catching up. Really like all of em, especially the turtle with the diver in the background, wonderful.

Why thank you. I am glad you like them.

Beautiful, perfect photos!

I can't wait to buy a strobe for my underwater camera. (expensive...*sighs*)

Nice photos!

I have taken hundreds of UW photos. But the missing part is the digital strobe that I should get.. for deeper bottoms and better lighting for the coral reefs.

I used to live in Vancouver for 4 years (left there 10 years ago) but wasn't a diver at the time. My fiance and I plan to dive in the BC waters in the near future.

Enjoy your UW photo-shooting and happy diving! :D

Here are some pic's from a reefmaster mini with only an internal flash that I rented in Maui. It was my first boat dive and my first attempt at underwater photography. I'm thinking of buying a DC800 with twin strobes sometime in the near future. I just don't want to take the risk of flooding my XTI by getting a housing for it.

Any feedback on the photos?
