Good for you!!

I just realised I haven't been adding what I've been doing LOL

Beach walks every morning, except this morning. Yesterday and the day before I did my 50 minute good pace route in 45 and 46 minutes, it was actually harder to do on the second day! Yesterday I also climbed back on the e-machine for another go - and the knee and ankle held!! Yippeee. Well, for eight minutes the first time (I think I could have made ten, but the phone rang) and five minutes the second time (couldn't have done more, the leg was all wobbly and I almost fell when I stopped LOL). Slow and steady for that thing for me.

Hubby's out fishing today so I'm crossing my fingers for fresh fish. A friend brought me some last week (less than 40 minutes from spear to me!) and it was so scrumptious, I'm really hanging out for more!

Come on now - get with the program! :D Just kidding.

So .... did you get some :fish: :fish: fish? :fish: :fish:

I just got home from an extended morning workout and boy! I feel great! I did 21 minutes on the FM Elliptical (1.68 miles and approximately 254 calories), followed by 25 minutes of weight training and then another 23 minutes on the FM Elliptical (1.92 miles and approximately 242 calories).

Fun times. Now time to do some cleaning and camera learning!

back on the fitness ladder again!!!

this morning was 6.15am cardio session..... i delayed my weighin until next monday, gives me a chance to get over the uni graduation roadtrip feasting

and im still doing my food diary - how are you guys going with filling it out??

I did pretty well yesterday with my moving. I did a big amble on the beach with friends for 60 minutes, did a 10 minute brisk walk and did 27 total minutes (from three sessions) on the elliptical! Yeeha for me :D My last stretch on the machine was ten minutes and I felt like maybe I could have done more except for my leg being a bit wobbly. I might have been able to work through it, but I thought, why push too hard and risk it. Maybe that's just me being lazy...

Another lovely beach walk today - added a little distance and time so did just on 50 minutes plus another 5 of goofin around with the girls.

Those dogs are so cute. :D I didn't work out today :( I was torn about it and given the long workouts on the last two days, my muscles were a bit achy and so I thought the wiser would be to stay home, fix the motorcycle battery, clean up around the house and then go for a long ride in the sunshine. So, that's what Mark and I did. Motorcycles around San Francisco are funn with all of the hills and sights. Down to Chinatown where we went wok shopping (which Mark is seasoning now) and had some Chinese treats, which I am sure were diet friendly. ;)

Back on the workouts tomorrow. :D

Hope you all had great weekends too.

Ok I'm getting back to my old routines. 6am in the gym, weight training. Each day one muscle group. Tuesdays and thursdays I add in abs. Mon, wed and fridays I run at lunch time. It's working pretty good. Sorry no diet log but since I'm diabetic every carb gets counted into my insulin pump anyway.
Did some diving the last few sundays (minus mothers day of course) Hmm the lakes in Germany so far aren't that interesting. Good for some experience but that's all. Plans are underway for a trip to Rovinj Croatia 13-16 June. It's an 8 hour drive from here so not to bad LOL At least we don't have to worry about flying and we can dive more =)
One real battle for the fitness is to finally quit smoking. I'm working it. Not an easy fight but I'll win that one somehow.

Hey, I'm back...traveling around with no time for much of anything.

Trying to jump back on the wagon full force today though...have a healthy lunch planned and John promised to kick me out of the apartment for my class at the gym tonight.
We'll see how it goes....nothing else is going right at the moment......so the emotional eating (bad snacking) is VERY hard to resist......
