I personally hope the sealers crawl back into their caves and stay there.

Ogre,
The entire side of my mom's family is Canadian scattered all across the country. I've visited Canada quite extensively and have even been into your neck of the woods, Vancouver. I've been to Ottawa, Ontario, Toronto, Hull, into Quebec and Montreal. I have even been up to Newfoundland which is likely one of the most charming/unique places on Earth.
The Canadians I know, there are quite a few, all are against the hunt. In fact I read that when polled the majority of Canadians were against the hunt.
I also don't believe everything I read.In fact I read that when polled the majority of Canadians were against the hunt.
"Man is a part of nature and the master of it! Get over it"
I don't always agree with Papa Bear but he was right on when he said this. But was he right? Well, let's see what the "Good Book" says. Genesis: Chapter 1 verse 27 & 28 says, "And God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them. And God blessed them; and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."
So there you have it folks! Those aren't my words. Those are found in the "Good Book". And if it says it, then that settles it!
Now back to clubbing seals you men of God!

What's really going to be frightening is when we stand before the Lord on Judgement Day and he says, "And then I will declare to them, "I never knew you; Depart from me".
Now that my friend will be frightening.
Now let me find my club and start swinging away!

John chapter 10:11 - "I am the good shepherd. It is the good shepherd who lays
down his life for the flock."
You are right on Terri! Some seals have to die so others may be saved. Good use of the scriptures.
