Oh, and I do take exception to those who think docs are some of the worst offenders. The common conception is that since many have atrocious handwriting skills, their grammer and spelling must follow suit. I don't think I've ever seen a doc misspell a prescription, procedure, or those tough Latin names of body parts.

Yeah, they may cut the wrong body part off, but they spell it correctly in the report to their attorney. :rofl3:

My ex- worked in television news for most of his career, and he never lost that annoying habit of TYPING IN ALL CAPS. Ugh, too hard to read.

Meet him in person and judge for yourself before getting into the water with them. This person may have a disablity. I have known alot of people that had issues articulating when writing. I am the other way around, I have a speach problem and studder sometimes when I get excited; many people look at me like im trying to be weird or funny or whatever but im still a great person and now that people know me they just laugh with me when i studder and some girls think its cute. :)

When are you planning on diving with him? I'll be glad to accompany you two...I'm always looking for a dive buddy too.
Obviously the general consensus is that typing (or computer) skills are neither directly or indirectly correlated with scuba skills or safety.
As for me, I'm too old (49) to be reckless but young enough to be adventurous.

relax it was only one dive i couldnt make and now you dont want to hang out anymore.

:rofl3::rofl3::rofl3:

I know what you mean. When ever I talk to my wife in public I tell them I have turrets to cover for the language.

I'm agreeing with the others, a bad speller does not a bad diver make :wink: One of my favorite dive buddies writes horribly but he's a darn good diver. Texting with him is an event in itself, it's like a puzzle which is similar to a game and I LIKE games :) When he thoroughly confuses me I send a "Please send a translation of your last message" text. :rofl3:
Ber :lilbunny:

Studder = what you do with livestock :rofl3:
Stutter = what you meant to write (sorry, this thread just begged for it)\

And what is speach??

There's no shrimp boat wreck off Boca Raton that I'm aware of :shakehead:

(I know, you meant Boca Grande :) )

But then again, there's no major diving in Largo but there's plenty in Key Largo.

You're right, I meant Boca Grande.:D

Hey Debby, cute puppy!!:D
