The term you are looking for is "woven wire loom" and you get it by the roll off Amazon or from electronics or auto parts dealers.

FWIW I am not a fan using tubular webbing for covering hose clamps. The webbing holds water and is slow to dry. And while hose clamps are stainless steel that does not mean rust proof. The simple solution for covering the hose clamps or really the clamp is an inner tube. The inner tube can also be used to hold a hose.

I actually use flat split rubber tubing, bought from Piranha. Grips nicely..,,no slipping.
