Current water temp in Key Largo?

I hope this is a simple one for some of you: I'm bringing the family to KL July 12-19; can someone tell me what the current water temp is? I tend to use a 5mm in 78 deg water, and just a rash guard in 85 degrees. So every degree between 79 and 84 is significant (3mm --> shorty --> 1mm --> rash guard)

I covered all of that many times in my trip report from 6/19-22.

Shallow sites are 85-86, SG was 81 or so at depth and 84 above about 70’.

This thread will be an ongoing trip report. I will do my best to post a brief report each day. I will add relevant photos and videos as I have time. Hopefully some of you find it helpful. It should at least give me something to do in my down time besides nap!

I am staying at the Courtyard Key Largo using the Horizon Divers (HD) discounted rate. Not as inexpensive as staying in Florida City, but a decent rate and a more convenient location. The Courtyard is right on the canal next to Rainbow Reef, across from the Holiday Inn and a short walk to both...
