It's supposed to be included when you purchase a sitech quick neck.

I checked my invoice - no mention of the tool. I think it's supposed to be included if you order "Quick Neck system with Silflex seal"

If you ordered recently with the SiTech neck ring and should have gotten one, give them a call. Mine was also not in there from a recent order and when I called them they said they ran out and were on back order for a while. Once they came in a few weeks ago they were able to send me one.

When I ordered my suit I didn't get the neck tool or the valve instructions. I emailed them and they sent me the tool a couple weeks later.

Not before the $800 rule was rescinded. It's only a $15-20 part though
