If you use Poseidon regs in a sidemount setup, show off your routing. I am curious what folks do with these regs as there are no turrets. My first regs will show up shortly and I'll share the setup once it is squared away.

I have made extensive use of banjos with Poseidon gear for years — since the Cyklon 300 and those early Vance Harlow mimeographs on "voodoo gas" were still in circulation among the reckless -- and have used them with every successive model of first stage, through to the 4790s (Xstream); and have variously oriented the stages at, say, forty-five degrees, off of vertical ; at any points in between (simple with either the DIN or screw-on yoke) — and have never wanted or needed for turrets.@grantmac - I was wondering about banjo use. Right now I have two regs coming in - one for O2 and and one stage. I am debating on adding two more regs for sidemount use in cave with DPV. My primary concern is the routing from the first stage.
Folks, I need help, the scuba kind. Took my Poseidon regs for the first sidemount dive. The experience was okay - I obviously need to optimize the routing. As there no turrets on the 1 stages, how do you orient your valves for no-kink routing options. Valve up? Also, is the preference to go with a Hogarthian setup, i.e., hoses over the neck? Finally, if you DPV with Xstreams, what's your secret? My jaw did not feel comfortable and I think I need a better mouthpiece.
I'm running behind the neck. A Poseidon is probably the only regs I'd consider running dual breakaway necklace without going behind the neck, but I haven't seen the need for that yet.
I'd also consider dual long hoses but you definitely need to be aware of them twisting during changes if both go behind the neck.
