I’ve just started CCR diving and definitely had some close calls. Biggest mistake was diving with impatient OW divers and rushing through stuff… very humbling

How much rebreather experience do you have? What other units are you trained on?I just got my training and first dives on the GO. So now I do have some basis for an opinion.
1) The work of breathing quite good. In trim it is effortless inhale or exhale. A little positive pressure in a heads up position and a little negative in a head s down position.
2) the rig seems very durably built and very simple for assembly. not complicated at all.
3) counter lung placement was not in the way with normal rigging in backmount. I did not dive sidemount, but others diving with us were in sidemount and had no issues.
4) normal operation during dive was easy to maintain the PO2. Its a typical mCCR.
5) Training was as expected and completed to the same RESA standards that all the other rebreathers are trained for.
If any one has any questions I'd love to answer!
About 100 hrs total. SCR Hollis explorer, optima and Prism 2.How much rebreather experience do you have? What other units are you trained on?
The academics are online. The practical dive training is all in person of course. 420 minutes required during training. Same base requirements as set by RESA for all rebreather training. So is the training truly 100% online or did that end up being BS
I don't remember them making that claim. So is the training truly 100% online or did that end up being BS
That was my understanding as well. The nitrox course that they have is completely online.I don't remember them making that claim.
They made their own agency and made all the online content for that
That was a different thread about their agency and specifically about their nitrox course. So is the training truly 100% online or did that end up being BS
Yeah. That has nothing to do with the rebreather training. That was a different thread about their agency and specifically about their nitrox course.
Or maybe start with their nitrox course.
