When I bought my first JJ, I have ripped the ADV helicoil by over tightening the banjo. I didn’t know nothing, I send an email to them with a picture of the damage and they send me everything I need to replace.
 
AP are self service, the manufacturer provide step by step servicing guides with pics.

I think being able to self service is handy, it helps you to learn the unit and helps you keep it running if away from a shop on a trip.

They sent you an extractor, an sti tap, an insert, and an install tool? Damn, that’s service.
