i suggest reading the manual first. then go through the settings and adjust as needed. become familar with what you will see on the screen when diving and what alarms may be set off so you understand what thye mean.
i assume you are looking for a program that will simulate a dive so you can see what the computer does and how it reacts in certain conditions. i am not aware of anything like that. let me know if you find one.
i have two of the older gekkos and one of the original zoop. all 3 still work fine.
