In my time on scubaboard I've found some absolutely fascinating discussions on all aspects of diving. Some were far over my head, some were helpful to me and others I could even contribute to. All of them were immensely enjoyable to read and participate in.
My idea in creating this is to create a place where people can share threads that they have enjoyed or found interesting.

I'll start.
Hopping my way to full cave... by @Manatee Diver.
This thread follows his journey from no cave experience at all through to stage cave (for the moment). It also gives an interesting look into a few of the problems that only having one leg creates. And I think the thing that seperated this from every other training report is the writing style which I immensely enjoy.

So I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

Yes, the Burrito quizzes were great!
I will be generic.
My favourite ones are of course areas I have an interest in such as--
--new diver questions.
--discussions on agency standards.
--buddy vs. solo stuff.
--of course anything to do with shell collecting.
--some of the controversial ones like computer vs. tables, etc.
--oh yeah, philosophies on the OW and DM swim tests!!!

If it revolves around something I don't do, like tech., photography, etc. I rarely read them.

generically:

> Air2
> Spare Air
> defog
> jacket vs backplate
> PADI
> PADI Specialties
> PADI vs everyotherdamned agency
> diving past 6o feet permitted with OW?
> wetsuit I will need there next week
> car key shore dive conundrum
> best case for my $1200 cell phone camera
> u/w GPS
> cellphone if I’m lost at sea
> nitrox Nitrox, EAN, flippers, fins, dive, dived, doved, deeved
> big animals, healthy corals, pretty fish now that I’m OW
> great diving and topside for wife now that I’m OW
> cabin carry-on, how can I bring all my gear (minus weights & tanks I guess
> 120cf HP tanks (cylinders!) in paradise
> pony tanks on airplanes
> dive gear stolen from airline baggage
> sharks!
> whale sharks!
> baby sharks (Little Skarksy Doisters)
> is AOW my path?
> I want to be a DM (no additional criteria offered)

these are some of my favorite things!
