Looking at the small print it seems theyre relying on 12,500 founder members putting up some cash. Theres no guarantee of build there.

FYI, NEMO is accessible via public transit. This can come in handy if you're traveling from afar.

Take the metro to Place Louise, pop up to street level, and take the 97 tram all the way out to Stalle at the end of the line. NEMO is across the street, about 184 meters (200 yards). Plan for an hour's transit time from the city center (though it may only take 45 minutes if you hit the connection at the right time).
