I am looking to buy 3-6 4500 psi cascade/bank bottles. Hoping to find something in Florida, or decent shipping. Leads are also much appreciated.

Try your local Fire extinguisher shop that also does hydro. I bought HC4500/444cu.ft. tanks with valve for $175.00 w/new hydro. All I needed to do was tumble them to remove flash rust and wash it out. That was a little hard, since they weigh over 150lbs.
