Well, it appears that my boss is conspiring to make me a west-coaster. I've been spending about half of my time in Redondo Beach for the past few months and it looks like I might actually be able to make it to a Wrinkles dive! I always seem to just miss them when I'm out there.

I'm still a newbie diver, but I have been diving with Lexy, CaptainMarvel, TeqP, and Mo2vation at Casino Point before. I will need to buddy with someone since I won't be bringing one with me.

Looking at the list, I can swing by a grocery store and pick up some pickles & mayo for the feast.

Looking forward to meeting more of the SoCal folks!

Don't worry about needing a buddy. There will be plenty of people to buddy up with. See you Saturday. Hopefully the conditions will be good.

Not sure what to bring, let me know...........

I'd recommend you bring some dive gear, a towel and perhaps even your very own sunglasses but that's just me.

Seriously though, the list still shows Fruit, Chip Dip, Hot Chocolate and Instant Coffee as being up on the list.

People don't eat that stuff..........we should take it off the list. It's like the veggie tray at superbowl parties, just adds color. Poor HeadHunter looks over extended on that list, maybe I should take over the Ketchup and Mayo, or I will bring some apples.

Let me know, or I will just come and eat all your food....

I know it looks like I'm over extended, but some of that stuff is left over from past Wrinkles BBQs.

Bring some Apples if you like or come up with something new that we have not thought of! Either way it sounds like a plan.

By the way, you're right about some of that stuff. It should probably come off the list, since it does not seem to be popular. Hot Chocolate and Coffee are really not necessary. It seems that whenever someone wants coffee someone just goes to the nearest Starbucks!

I'll post it on the list when you decide what you would like to bring.

I look forward to seeing you and hearing about your escapes in South Africa!

Thanks.

DARN!!! You're going to be in my backyard, and I can't join you....WHAH! I'm going to Diver Day at the aqaurium for I will be DMing the Magician to the Oil Rigs on Sunday.

Those that do well on air, it's fun to dive from Divers, to Fisherman's, around to Shaw's and back again. My friend and and I did that dive not too long ago, and I 1000+ left on a 72! Whoooooooo hoooooooooooo!!! Be sure to look for the Turquoise Sheep Crab...he's a beaut!

Also, remember that Heisler and Divers is a 'Protected Area' meaning a NO TAKE ZONE.

Be sure to remember your snorkels.

Have fun!

I am bringing my fan-damily. My wife Laura and two kids 5 and 2. Anybody else bringing kids for my well behaved little monsters to play with?

Im bringing hot dogs and a couple of 2 ltr pepsi , and some tater salad.

I checked with the Magic 8 Ball today, and asked if this weekend's conditions were going to be really really good for the Wrinkles. The response was:

"What, are you kidding me? It's freakin' 85 degrees and sunny outside, Santa Ana winds, water's clear, and no surf. Give me a break. Of course it's gonna be good. Geesh."
