I'll update this first post as a running synopsis of this thread.

When: Saturday, February 11th
Where: Orange County, Heisler Park in Laguna Beach

What is the Wrinkles Dive?

This is a monthly gathering of all divers and non-divers in SoCal who can make it. It's a lot of fun involving diving, eating, socializing and sometimes even camping!

It all started when our SoCal member, Wrinkles, mentioned to a group that she dove with that it would be really fun to be able to get together at least once a month. Pasley, took off with the idea and announced the first "Wrinkles Dive". The rest is history!

It's open to everyone of all skill levels from "I'm not certified yet" to "Do we really have to dive the Andrea Doria again?"

We've found this to be a great way to meet our fellow divers locally and many new dive buddies have been found though these "dive soirees".

Count me in. I'll bring the tongs and spatula again. I'll also bring the hamburgers and cheese

It goes without saying that Myrna and I will be there.

So why did I just say it?

I don't know...

Hi,

I think I can bring fruit salad or potato salad as a side.

Since I live up north, I'll probably come down the night before. Any recommendations as to a good hotel/motel in the Heisler Park area?

I may have two more people coming, I'll update when I know for sure.

Cheers,
Doug

I will be there. I'll bring the hamburger buns and fruit (bananas or oranges or both).

See ya in a couple weeks.

Phil

Brandon and I will make it for the 2nd dive. We'll bring some chips. Anyone else bringing kid divers ?

No kid divers but you could say I dive like a kid... j/k

I'm looking forward to the event and I hope to see a big group there, after all, it's much nicer out than it was this time last year!
