A few months ago, I read this article - Shearwater Dive Computer Settings: Become A GF Power User!

It hit home as most afternoons after double or triple dive days, I found I was a little tired and as I’m approaching 60, I thought it was just tired from the diving and it was ‘normal’.

However having recently become the owner of a Teric and Swift AI transmitter, I adopted some of the theory in the article during my week in San Andres island, and wow! Not the slightest bit tired in the afternoons.

I’m not sure if I was actually made aware of this during my initial training courses, but definitely something worth knowing about 😊
