Nah, that one isn’t funny. Doesn’t send me either, a bit pudgy to boot. Yes, I would buy from that company.
I need something more like child labor manufacture to get my panties in a twist and boycott a company. I tend to find most advertising is tasteless and poor; some is more entertaining to see what they think is a good way to sell their product.
I buy the product not the advertising.

I agree with you 100% that she is a human being (although some posters are confused over the gender ). However, when a person presents themselves in that way then they open the door to ridicule. Are you telling me you never once looked at a woman and laughed or commented about what she was wearing? I laugh at fat Europeans that think speedos and a hairy back make them sexy to the girls on the beach.

But... you are still missing the point. It's not about her, it's about the company presenting itself this way. Has not much to do how Salvo people in private or I in private comment about people's attributes either.

I do hope it was a silly prank, and not a monthly promotion/company theme they are planning on.

I am sure it is a prank, from what my understanding is Salvo is a very upstanding company devoted to excellent customer service. However with that said, Mr. Salvo has the right to present his company any way he sees fit. You also have the right to post your disgust over the ad and shop elsewhere.

BTW, the Diver's Supply can light is made by Salvo and is much cheaper.
