I called in to ask a few questions about the tanks, and spoke with a very nice girl who was very helpful (although she had to put me hold to ask someone else every time, and at one point passed on the little gem that the tanks were actually "made by Luxfer" (they're not)!). She said the coupon code was technically for ordering via the web, not phone orders, but was able to do it anyway since we had already started the process.
