These must have a minimum advertised price or something through SeaPearls?

Every shop I've found wants exactly $345 for them including shipping:
- Dive Rite Express
- Leisure Pro
- ScubaToys (no free shipping, but effectively with the 10% SB discount)
- divesports.com
- divesales.com

Even the LDS quotes the same.

Wife wants a Worthington because of the 24" height (the Faber HP 100 is 1.39" taller so much closer to a regular AL80 that she dislikes).

Any better deals than this out there?

Thanks, but that appears to be a stale page on their site. If you go through the front door at www.divesales.com to scuba tanks and then worthington steel HP, the page is much more modern looking and they also list the HP-100 at exactly $345.

So that's 5 places now that are within a penny of each other. Hmmmm.

I was getting excited however since the LP-85s were listed at $199 on the old page ($50 less than anywhere else).

Contact them.. They might honor their website price...

No triple coat..... You will regret it some point.

yeah... I checked at my LDS and they said the galvanized coating on the worthington made it worth the extra money. But it seems that like the original poster, everyone seems stuck on MAP pricing on these.

Basically, make a phone call, not on the net.

There is a national distributor on the board. Nobody tries to make a deal in public.

That's the ones I was talking about. I think they've got free shipping on anything over $100 and I didn't see any terms that didn't disqualify for tanks on it. No sales tax on orders from them also (out of state).

Compare that to a Worthington HP-100 at $345+$30shipping + $31tax(local)=$406
or $812 for two of them. The Blue Steels represent a savings of $300 bucks.
