Yes the park is for sale and there are many many rumors - some perpetuated by Richard himself. He's asking a lot of money and hoping to keep a restriction on the sale that it will stay a dive park, so I wish him luck but I wouldnt worry about it till the hammer falls...

I personally wouldn't buy real estate with a restriction like that, even if I intended to keep it running as is....My real estate is mine to do with as I please within local laws and zoning restrictions.

Yeah, whomever buys this property will not keep it a scuba park. There is no way they would have turn a profit at $10 a head. I can only imagine this park will be closed by the end of the year if the sell goes through.

I would not want to buy land that goes completely underwater every few years and less it was a scuba park...
