Hey, Bugman . . .

Through which LDS does Cpt. Logan charter?

the K

Capt. Logan uses The Dive Locker in Panama City Beach.

For deep water trips try Michal Turek @ technicaldivingsite.com he will be running charters to deep water sites and not bridge rubble.

Dang Mat, you coulda NAMED the "LDS in Daphne"! eyebrow

Underwater Works, just watch out for the crazy balled guy who's usually working the shop :p

Thanks a bunch, Nuttz !!!

Supply and demand. The boats will go wherever people pay them to go and they can make a profit off of. Its a business. Also, you have to have a special CG license to go beyond a certain range and most boats dont, again, because of lower demand. Most divers dive less than 60ft.

I won't ask how you know about this:
the crazy balled guy

Does he wear speedos or less around the shop?:D

I know you're probably punchy after 12 hours on the water, so I'll assume you meant "bald".

I dive in PCB, we go offshore, but only if the trip has competent divers. Sometimes really talented divers get on a boat with new divers. With those divers, it's just safer to go inshore. Bring some friends to dive locker, request and PAY for an offshore trip and off you go. You have to request it though...also check out killfishcharters.com out of Port St. Joe. He goes out to the deep wrecks near PCB.

The Empire Mica is by far the greatest wreck dive in the Gulf of Mexico. This is an advanced 3 tank dive and is an all day trip.

EMPIRE MICA trips...You must have a computer to make three dives!

This boat has everything but a head.

General Information

All trips include ice, soda's, water, fishing licence (fishing trips include all gear and bait)
No glass bottles
All three tank trips require a computer
No double tanks except on tech trips.
No gas mix over 36% except on tech trips

I find this somewhat worrisome. What deep wrecks does he visit near PCB? And have you been out with this Captain on this boat?
