Am I required to have a 7 foot hose for DIR-U?
:rofl3: what a question!
Of course you need a 7-foot hose and it need to be bungied...

almitywife:
oh come on MeiLing... you know how it goes.....

if he says no he is lying ;)

and ban peeing :rofl3: i always wanted to be a rebel... i may have found my thing :D

So I wonder just how many liars do go out on that dive op?

I think I'd like to use them also just so I could be a rebel as well. It's just so ridiculous!:mooner:

Actually, if I did go to Maui, I think from reading another thread I'd seek out the op with the sweetbread sandwiches and cookes!:D

If so, that leaves me out as I don't even have 1 foot! ;)

If your going to pee in your wetsuit, you might as well just lay in your bath tub and relax in it full of your pee too right? Same thing. There is a reason your body is getting rid of this fluid, I cant believe how people think its fun or relaxing, or nice to now have it surrounding your body for up to an hour.

Its hard to imagine so many people on here have problems with bladder control? Besides, no one wants to be stationed next to you on the boat when you decide to take off your boots, and decide to unleash that god awfull smell upon your neighbors, believe me, you may not notice it, but others do, and think you have poor hygene.

Wrong. And this is the second time this poor analogy has been used in this thread. In the bathtub, I have the option of getting out and hitting the toilet. Not nearly the same as a dive.

If you're not peeing on a dive, you're not hydrating properly. Medical analysis has proved that diving pushes water out of your body at a much higher than normal rate. You need to be making that up with some serious water consumption.

and think you have poor hygene.

I honestly don't care what they think. I know that I'm reducing my risk of DCS, avoiding the horrible dehydration headache, extending my bottom time, and enjoying my dive more because I'm not counting the minutes to get back to the boat to hit the head.

And not all dive boats have heads either which can add another 15-45 minutes to the wait! :11: (Where's the cross-legged smilie when you need it?)
