Ann-Marie sent PMs that she had removed some off-topic posts and I assume she closed it for cleaning. That is SOP.
I asked her if she forgot to reopen it. Got a message back that she did, asking me to ask another Mod to open it as she could not at the moment. I have sent that PM.
I'm sure it will be open soon - and let's hope the off-topic posting does not resume.
