I want to go diving!! Just a little current and surge. Might have to deal with "slightly" rough surf on the entry/exit. I might need to put some football pads on for the bumps and bruises from the rocks, but no sweat right? :) And I've been without power for the last 6 hours...It kills me, all the blocks around me have power, even part of the apartment complex has power....Not my side. I'm at Borders since the power didn't come back on after I went to see Alvin and the Chipmunks. It had its moments, but not the greatest movie. Actually the worst acting I think I've ever seen Jason Lee do. Guess I could post my dive trip report for the channel islands since I have time and internet here at borders....

I've been hoping you'd write the trip report soon.

Does anyone ever dive Seal Rock when conditions are calm? Since moving to the SF bay area in 1988 I've always wondered what's under the water in terms of sea life and what not.

But I can only imagine it's really zero visibility with carcaradon cacharias just around the corner.

It was definitely a nice day at the beach at all yesterday. As for diving there or anywhere else in SF - I have never seen anyone diving here in the city. I believe the currents are entirely too strong in the bay.

Right now, if I was 25, had a credit card, a flexible job and no family I'd be at the airport with my gear buying a ticket to Cozumel.
