Who is the "final word" as to what is DIR?

As a follow-up on the DIR discussions lately I'd like to know who everyone thinks of as the "final word" as to what is, or is not, DIR.

Since this poll is intended for those who know something about DIR, I'm only going to put minimum info for the poll. If you know DIR, you'll know who these people are.

I won't tell but I might already know.........

I do not feel the pole is misleading as it's asking for an opinion from people, in other words"who do YOU look at as........" For me, it's George, for others it will likely be others.

I don't think it's misleading, Pug does. He (at least I assume so) added that answer. Then you or he, again I assume, added the Uncle Pug answer.

It was meant as a serious question but hey, that's life

JJ. Its my understanding that he worked with GI3 when DIR was first established. I also think that JJ will be far more successful in spreading the DIR concepts of achieving a high level of diving skill through the DIRF classes(or whatever name applies) done through GUE.
