I put his name up there, though I suspect HE was the one who added the "Misleading Pole" entry.

That being said, I hereby propose that we make the Pugster the NEW DIR Poster Boy... :tease: They need his humbler tongue in cheek approach. Hey, it's not like your life depended on it... :tease:

Why you guys messing with the polls???

this can get misleading:mean:

Where is "The poll is misspelled" option? :)

I would have to say JJ or Trey. Both of them were/are instrumental in the creation and evolution of DIR. However, since I deal with Trey more on these lists, and the fact that he answers all of my questions honestly, I would have to say Trey. Of course that is just my way of seeing things. I would isten to JJ more if I had talked to him more than once.

I voted for PUG since he opinion is so widely heard by everybody.

he may listen to JJ and GI but PUG is the true leader, falg waver, banner carrier around here.

I have a question. do GUE trained divers feel that DIR [meaning all that it stands for] was invented by GUE. just wondering.

if the above is correct, then would GUE and DIR be the same thing

I understand that one is the teacher and one is the subject, but if the subject is the teacher then it seems that it would be the same.
this question is for UNCLE PUG as the new leader of DIR

 :mean:

I think what the WKPP needs is a Public relations officer, someone who can keep Trey away from a keyboard and censor his comments.
He has alot of knowledge and experience, but somewhat of a ........brash approach to sensitive issues.
But then again, in his defense, he doesnt give a hoot what people think of his attitude, so why bother.

If I had any ownership in Brownies, Halc, EE or Gavin Id be looking for a PR man!!!

Am I way off here guys?

Dave

I have not noticed any of the companies/products you mention as having any problem getting sold rather rapidly. The classes seem to be growing at fast rate also.

It is an interesting relationship they all have, but most of the stuff written about seems based more on emotion than facts and diving.

If I was going to pick ten people in this world that I could magically change in one way or another, he would not be a thought at all.

Im not trying to start anything here, I agree, great companies with great track records, but as you say, there is so much emotion tied up in it all, and I just wonder where it all stems from, and furthermore, how nice it would be if were all to end.

Maybe a change in pulicity directions could ease a few of the critics?....maybe.....
