Perhaps... I don't own my own boat - I use professional charters and spend good $$$$$... I've been out w/ ScubaWorks, JDC, Emerald, and Little Deeper out of Riviera Beach (thats probably more WPB)

Yes, the reefs are deeper, but not the wrecks. The deeper reefs may be described as "patchier" than the shallow ones, but you see more of the big animals deeper.

I still don't know what you mean by "dusty", But I can say for sure...Jupiter does not suck as you stated. One only needs to do a google.
 
Setup the dives, I'll be happy to bring some divers and eat my words....

Sucks is relative in comparison to the other local offerings....
