10 trips since 99 with groups ranging from 2 to 24, the last this July.....ZERO problems

Been there only 3 times myself. But, have sent groups there since 2000. Ranging from 14 to 32 divers per group..no one has ever told me that had anything stolen. Including myself.

Batting 1000 ... been once, had something stolen once ... out of our room, by hotel staff (yes, I am absolutely certain of this).

Been there once.. didn't notice that anything got stolen. I did lose my digital camera though. I figured that I misplaced it .. left it somewhere.. That's what happens when you get older :shakehead:

I've been once, in 2004. We didn't have anything stolen but we were cautious about what we left in the pickup when we were diving (bugger all, basically).

I'm not planning on returning, partly because of the concern over the level of crime but mostly because of the expense/time involved in getting there from the UK

Next month will be number 11 for me, never had anything stolen. I do 2 week trips and 3-5 shore dives a day. I leave the rental truck unlocked with windows half way down with nothing in it.

I've never been but would like to go...but am debating on this because of the crime I read about on SB...
I would at least give it a try...can it be any worse than anywhere else, really?

Been once. This June. Nothing stolen, But did dive with caution as far as what we left in the truck.

Sometimes, I left my wife with the truck while 3 of us were diving. No one stole her either. Thank goodness.
