If you order from Dive Right in Scuba you may be able to ask them to install the seals rather than the factory and they will do it right the first time. This mod applies to the silicone seals. It affects the permanent ring attached to the suit and not the seals.

I ordered from DRIS, and as far as I can tell the factory put my rings in with the suit fabric on the outside. (Based on the excellent updates from DRIS, it didn't spend much time actually at DRIS). My suit is a 4x, so not sure if it matters (SiTech instructions specify using different areas of the rings to match up with sleeve diameters). Perhaps they got the message?
