Ok, it just arrived in the mail. It's actually a DC1 first stage (seems a bonus to me) but a DIN type with yoke adapter. So, a bit concerned about be knocked in the back of the head. Hopefully that won't be the case.

Not Din...well you need to send it to an official Din disposal site.. which, I just so happen to be. I will make sure that it gets to play with lots of other DIN regulators before, well you know, putting it to sleep.

Regs definitely like little chrome plated rabbits. They seem to come and go around my house... sometimes i have more, sometimes less.. Usually try them out before moving on. Right now, i have 4 1st stage, 6 2nd stages. I think that is a good number considering, I usually have 2 or 3 of each in the water at the same time. And of course, my wife says "don't you already have regulators and tanks? Why do you need more?"

Look in my wife's closet, you see shoes. Look in my closet, you see regulators. It's all about priorities.

I've got seven first stages (all din) and 9 second stages. I just need one more and then life will be better. Just one more.

Ok, seems like I have a bit of catch-up then  The Hollis just got dropped off at the LDS for an overhaul. Then I can see how it breathes. The swivel bit is quite nifty.

....let's see, Jhaifley, you'll need 1 set of regulators (1 first stage & 2 seconds) for each pair of shoes your wife has. But don't count her slippers unless she has more than one pair, then add one more set for each of those.

That's correct, right guys?

That sounds about right... but I'm still trying to decide how to count other accessories like belts, ear rings..... :D

Best wishes.

Darn, I am single which means I need another formula to decide upon the most appropriate number of regs. I am thinking one for each day of the week?
