I recently purchased a used Hollis DS2 / 212 reg setup just for the computer it came with. Now that I have it, I am wondering if it is any better then my current reg, a Cressi Sub Eclipse Titanium / MC7. Should I keep my reg or keep the Hollis? Yes, if I keep it, it will be taken in for service before diving on it.

Thanks!

You're kidding, right?
Keep the Cressi and send the Hollis to me. I'll dispose of it properly.....:)

I have never dove either Reg the differnces beside the Obvious would be Crssi is Titanium and the Hollis has the air adjustment. While Titanium is an awesome metal it does not go well with Oxygen and use with Nitrox is limited and shouldn'tbe switched back and fourth (So I have heard) I guess I would Dive each one and see which one feels/breaths better to you and decide off that

I don't know, I think I have nine first stages and maybe 15 2nds, so I'd probably keep both, then you have a spare. I'm not suggesting that owning the number of regs I do is even close to normal behavior, but there are plenty of reg collectors more deranged than I am.

....just a min, I'll go check my closet....brb......Yes, that's normal. :D

Eight first stages so far (they do seem to multiply like rabbits... somehow related to ebay); and don't make me count the 2nd stages.... and God help me if my wife decides to start counting

To the OP: If you like both, keep both.

A spare reg is a good thing to have. Some of us take a good thing too far, but that is a different story :D

Best wishes.

Ok, it just arrived in the mail. It's actually a DC1 first stage (seems a bonus to me) but a DIN type with yoke adapter. So, a bit concerned about be knocked in the back of the head. Hopefully that won't be the case.
