Both great routes. The question really is do you want to dive at Brothers or Fury Shoals. Brothers has amazing diving, with deep walls and the chance to see big stuff, it is very similar to Daedalus, but different. You used to be able to spend two days at the Brothers, which I think was better than the current restriction of just one day (due to no over night mooring). In comparison Fury Shoal offers more relaxed diving, stunning reefs, interesting swim throughs, less dive boats and a very good chance of snorkelling with dolphins at Sataya. With the Fury Shoal option you will probably get an extra night dive as well.
If you want a variety of diving I would go with the DE+Fury, if you want to just stay on deep offshore sites then go with BDE. Either route will be an excellent experience.
