Well um O.K.. My 12 yr old nephew loved Conch wall, he has about 30 dives. Stayed within his limits and saw lots of cool stuff. It was no challenge for him but if the current was ripping we would have gone to a different site.

LOL, We'll be leaving Key Largo on the 9th. We'll be diving with silent world

??? I was just on Molasses last week and I didn't heard any music?????? When did they install the underwater audio????? lol!:D

That's beautiful, Lee! (You just need to change the title slide to Molasses, just sayin')

LOL@ Rescue...maybe this festival had the sound really cranked up!

There are a large number of RV parks in Key Largo that also allow campers. Its not going to be as "rustic" as one of the state parks but many will let you setup a tent.

If you do end up in Key Largo you may want to look into doing the creature feature with Captains Slates. Its one of those events that the keys is known for and the depths make it more then doable by those holding open water certs SpearGirl and DebbyDiver can give you more info on that ;)

What about the campground on Bahia Honda, that will put them at like an hour drive for KL, Hour For KW, and like 10 mins for marathon to drive, and if they get landlocked or just to explore they could hit the Big pine key deer preserve, and the other state parks right in the area

No room in Bahia Honda or any of the other state parks, I already checked that for you. It is unlikely that there is room in an RV park either. If I were you, I'd start making calls NOW.

thanks for all your help guys. I just booked at the KOA on Sugarloaf, but I'll definately be checking out Chonch Republic on both your recommendations. Perhaps we'll try to dive there on day one on our way to sugarloaf. I'd like to dive at least two days, and maybe three so if you have recommendations for sugarloaf, key west or anything else close that would be great.

Im going to keep my eye out for cancellations on KL and see if I cant get into one of the campsites there for a couple nights.
