Where to stay near Kona?

Anyone have any recommendations for where to stay near Kona?

We do mostly boat diving so nearby shore diving isn't super important. We'd rather stay closer to where dive boats leave from. Also, we'd love a place with a nice pool and hot tub.

We will be there May 16th til the 21st. We had other accommodations, but they fell through, hence the last minute planning.

King Kamehameha Beach Resort. A lot of the boats leave from the marina right out the back door.

Very few dive boats leave from next door at the pier these days . Most of the boats launch from Honokohau harbor.

We stayed at the Sheraton Hotel. We had a room just about right above the "Manta Bar" and got to watch mantas feed every night, right from our balcony. If you stay there and don't have the right room location, you can see the mantas from the "Manta Bar." They have huge floodlights that attract the plankton that attract the mantas.
