My wife and I and 4 teenage daughters are planning a month in Coz ( never been before) this winter and we are wondering where to stay. Ive been on the net looking at houses and condos etc but it is hard to know who is reputable. Unfortuantely we are locked into being there over the Christmas new years period ( Mucho dinero I know) as our two eldest are in University. We were looking at Dec 1 - Jan 3. Anyone have any suggestions? here are a couple of the agencies I have found on the web if anyone knows them or of them.

The last link is a good agency. I've known Kelley Michelle Morgan for years, back when she was still married to Fernando, owner of Manta Ray Divers.

She is honest, conscientious & reliable. E-mail her and let her know what you're looking for.

Best regards.

http://www.cozumel-villas.com/default.html was very good to work with. They treated us very well and actually got us a better deal on the unit than advertised. The guy I dealt with was Jason. Both Seaside and Sunset Condos are nice but they are on the northern side of the island. Don't know how much location matters to you. We also stayed a Cantamar. Also decent but not as nice as the previous two. Good luck and have a great time.

We rented through Cozumel-Villas.com. Very professional. We were happy with the experience soup to nuts. They met us at the airport, escorted us to the house, gave us a good briefing on the island, etc. They were always just as phone call away for advise and assistance. I would recommend them. We rented an in-town villa - Casa Tina. It was quite a bargain and within walking distance to all the facilities at Plaza Las Glorias and our favorite restaurant at La CoCay. Here is the house we stayed at: http://www.cozumel-villas.com/tina.html Nice place. Good bargain. The owner is a Scubaboard member.
