I don't dive dry myself, but have you tried Hollywood Divers?
Hi Dr. Bill. I just called them. They don't have any, but he did offer to rent me undies; he thinks my discomfort in my trilam may be due to improper undies (layers of backpacking wicking fleece). I'm not sure about that, but am willing to rent proper undies to try one weekend.
