I am planning a trip in Aug to either

1) Komodo - 7 days liveboard
2) PNG Kimbe - Walindi or liveboard
3) YAP or Korsae - landbase or liveboard
4) Philippine PG - landbase

healthy reef & abundance of marine life is more important than big animals for me.

Any ideas where to go?

I've heard wonderful stories about that place from people have dove all over. Great reefs and supposedly the most diverse marine life in the world.

I've never been to any of those places, only read about them (a ton). Also, there is an interesting liveaboard in the Solomons if you were to hit PNG and head on.

Good luck, have fun (planning can be a blast!) and post a report.
