Where to dive in Dec ?

My wife has a med conf in Amsterday in Dec. We're hoping to add on a dive trip somewhere warm & dry.

Hopefully a package price including airfare, hotel, transfers & perhaps food

Are all-inclusive packages as popular out of Europe as winter-get-aways from Canada?

Also looking for Euro websites of package deals.
