bob if you not going to make original force fin or slim fins again have you considered selling the patent to a large company so your legacy will live onWe LOVE our customers—a fun image for the New Year. The blue pair I made back in 1982 and the orange made in 1995 are both still going, and the newest black Force Fin was made in our last run for 2024. Best wishes to all for 2025 View attachment 876381
All that is on the shelf are Extra Force Fins, Excellerating Force Fins, and Float Tube Force Fins and Flying Force Fins. We have a pair of Original Force Fins in Size XXL, 1 pair left, and some Pro Force Fins in size Medium and ML.... that;s it for now.... We are or have been talking with some full line companies, but their ability to distribute given our new cost of manufacture is even more difficult than ours. They need a larger margin spread than us.bob if you have any slim fins ml. around you want to sell I will buy all of them
Thanks. Anyone who knows anything about us knows we don't give up. Why Force Fins Are Made In U.S.A.We have periodically looked at overseas production over the years. Yes, we are investigating again now. Capabilities change, so maybe it will work this time. Or the US production economy maycan i be frank, bob. as an uneducated person buying your product for decades we saw the price go up a lot in recent years. now we don't know anything about how you make them , but I'm stating the price point is high for newbies not sure about the product. now you know I love the slim fins. they are beyond perfect for my snorkeling sessions. if I owned your company I would streamline the product line to what actually sells a lot . i hope the slim fin is one of those. that sells well. i travel the world and if it was me I would send manufacturing overseas. but I know you are hellbent on making them in the USA. i would investigate ho chi mihn city. I'm parttime in moalboal phillipines and labor is cheap over here. i hire laborers ten dollars a day to do back breaking construction. that's the going rate. if you set up shop somewhere overseas preferably near some good snorkeling diving. maybe someone would buy you out. just a thought. I'm physically ill I wont be able to get slim fins anymore the workout I get with them . and the originals for diving. its very confusing that you make an original and pro model that look identical and people cant tell them apart. and it gets confusing . i would have made the pro in one color and the original in one color or at least make the label very different. to keep things simple . the original works great for my diving,, very flappy whereas the pro are too stiff. such a shame force fin will cease to exist.........
