Question Where do you get oxygen cylinders filled?

I’m investigating different system types and I’m trying to figure out if getting large oxygen cylinders filled with medical grade oxygen is something that isn’t that hard to do or if it’s actually a big pain. It seems like it can’t be that hard because a lot of the nitrox systems I see have them.
 
They did not do this on welding grade O2 because it does not matter if it has moisture and/or contaminants.

I always assumed the LOX was moisture free.
If welding O2 has contaminates in it, the welding community will hang them out to dry. Welders are some of the most OCD people I know. Not the farmer using the gas ax to cut oil pipe into fence posts, they could care less. The professional welders. The ones who make there living making welds that pass testing.

Correct, LOX is dry.

Everyone keeps looking at the limits as if they are going to get something that is at that upper limit. Completely ignoring that the number is the upper limit, but what they get is likely at the lower limit, that being zero.
 
But 67 ppm is 0.0067%, so medical is dryer than ABO?
I quoted the DoD paper that says Aviator can only have 7ppm, not 64.

Suffice it to say, if it's coming from the same source, the gas we're getting probably exceeds all the specs for either one.
