Now that the X1 is a discontinued product, chargers seem to not be available anymore. Mine died two weeks ago and I need a new one. Is there someplace I can purchase one? Or am I now the proud owner of a very expensive paperweight?

Do you just need the AC adapter?
looks like a pretty standards item (9-12V) and standard connector. (Not sure how it would die.)
A place like batteries plus should have something that works.

(Maybe you have a box full of these that used to power your walkman, gameboy, and other things)

Unless it is outdated Liquivision's website shows to have them in stock.

Thanks for the link. The website was the first place I looked, and somehow I missed it. The price tag is rather alarming for a charger ($200 !!!)

I located one from someone locally who no longer needed it ...
