Dank u wel....

Thanks for the info on the exposure coverage. I think I'll do the same 3/5 + hooded vest. Sounds more logical/flexible and less neoprene means less weight......I'm just a cheapskate who would rather spend money getting to the dive then on neoprene.

and Sorry for diverting the post.....watch for the reports.

No, no trip report on the Revillagigedos - although I've been there three times. It's one of the better places in the world (along with Galapagos, Tuamotus, Cocos, etc.) for sharks, and probably the best place in the world for mantas. Diving conditions can be hit or miss, but I was lucky all three times.

A follow-up to exposure suits at Komodo - I wore a 3mm when I was there and had a 2mm vest for the colder dives and I was fine.

Mantas at Sangalaki

Sharks, Barracuda, Jacks, Tunas and Eagle Rays at Maratua Channel

Big Turtles at Sangalaki and Derawan

Bumphead Parrotfish at Tulamben Bali

Jacks of Tulamben Bali

Mola Mola at Nusa Penida Bali

Whales around Manado

....

Plenty of places, so little money, so little time!
